JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Bedrooms and living room

• Sweep/Vacuum and mop floor

• Clean and polish all mirrors

• Changing of bed linen

• Dusting of furniture

Kitchen

• Sweep/Vacuum & mop floor

• Wipe cooking stove and exterior of electrical appliances

• Wash and disinfect basin

Bathroom

• Clean and disinfect bathtub, basin, toilet bowl

• Washing of toilet floor and walls

• Clean and polish all mirrors

Others

• Empty trash

• Clean windows and window grills

• Wipe and clean all ceiling fans and lights

• Ironing

 

Frequency:

• Weekly, once or more times a week or fortnight basis

• Minimum 3 hours per session

 Rates:

• Weekly Cleaning Rates:

  • $22.00 Per Hourly
    (A minimal commitment of 4 cleaning sessions​)

 

• Fortnightly Cleaning Rates:

  • $75 per 3 Hour Session
     

  • $90 per 4 Hour Session 
    
    (A minimal commitment of 2 cleaning sessions​)

• Applicable for apartment size below 1500 sqft

• Landed Property and Penthouse units additional charges applied. Charges may differ on a case-to-case basis.    

• Additional Charge applies for Public holidays.
